Henry Jenkins Advocate for Digital Media and Learning

Dr. Henry Jenkins of MIT makes his second appearance on this site and he is advocating the use of digital media and  learning again. Keep an open mind and Dr. Jenkins can bring you around too! This is a brief video so take the time to understand why his research is creating the foundation for a radical new ways of learning, teaching and the use of digital media in the classroom that will require digital learning and competency for professors, teachers and students. iTunesU is already disseminating classes for download on computers, iPods and iPhones from major universities to small colleges for free, and now many schools like Duke University and California at Berkeley and USC  in Southern California are using You Tube. If it is good enough for these elite universities its good enough for every college, high school, middle school and primary school in this nation as a tool for learning with the help of instructors who are willing to be producers and directors who create the stars of tomorrow in the classrooms with convergence technology.
